In 1992, as director of the dermatology service at the Hospital de Santo António, invited his colleagues to come and treat patients from Thursday to Sunday, especially older ones in public homes. When he retired from the hospital, the director did not support this action, we created another group, now with several specialties, and continued with the help of about 45 colleagues, in which two dates are chosen and we will treat these people, taking the material for biopsies, etc. This action has continued non-stop since 1992 to the present day, having already made one of these trips this year to places far from Porto and hoping to make a second trip in October. As colleagues from Angola were among us and assisted, we have been collaborating since 2012 sharing the observation of patients in Angola mainly albinos, Cape Verde, São Tomé and Príncipe and this year Angola and Mozambique. It is an action that we consider very valid, and wonderful for patients and us. We stay all of us very happy.
