Become an ILDS partner
Together, we can advance skin health worldwide. Partnering with the International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS) means helping dermatology organisations around the world work together towards the best possible skin health worldwide. We connect the global dermatology community and turn shared expertise and priorities into action.
Why ILDS partnerships matter
Skin diseases affect people everywhere, but access to evidence, expertise and quality care remains unequal. The financial support ILDS receives from partners who share our vision helps address unmet needs, strengthen collaboration, and advance practical, sustainable solutions that no single organisation can deliver alone.
ILDS has two partnership categories:
Together with our 242 member societies and global partners, we are translating global commitments into practical action that improves lives.
1. The ILDS Partnership Programme
The ILDS Partnership Programme is a long-term collaboration with organisations that share our commitment to improving skin health worldwide. Partnerships are structured initially over two years, with the opportunity to extend to four, and give us the flexibility to direct resources where they can make the greatest impact as global skin health needs evolve.
Partners join at one of four levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze, each with its own package of engagement and recognition. All partners receive a tailored partnership logo, recognition on the ILDS website, and dedicated articles in our newsletter, which is distributed to member organisations worldwide. Higher levels include recognition across our official communications, regular meetings with the ILDS board, invitations to the invite-only World Congress of Dermatology and World Skin Summit, and the opportunity to shape tailored projects.

2. ILDS Project Partners
ILDS Project Partners lets partners provide targeted support to a specific ILDS project or area of action. This partnership model lets organisations focus their contributions where they matter most, whether that's shared objectives, relevant expertise, or social-impact priorities. As research develops, these partnerships help us respond to evolving global skin health needs.

What ILDS partnerships make possible
The GLODERM Mentorship Programme has supported 24 dermatologists, who collectively trained nearly 3,000 healthcare providers and reached more than 14,000 patients, backed by US$140,000 in Access Grants.
Shaping global skin health
Your support helps us represent dermatology at the highest levels and work with organisations including the World Health Organization to ensure skin diseases are recognised and addressed within global health policy.
Building the evidence for change
Partnerships strengthen research, data collection and international collaboration through initiatives such as the Global Psoriasis Atlas, improving understanding of the burden of skin diseases, identifying inequalities and informing effective policy and action.
Strengthening education and expertise
You help us expand training, open-access resources and international learning partnerships, enabling healthcare professionals and institutions to develop the knowledge and skills needed to deliver better dermatological care.
Improving access to care
Through our Foundation, the International Foundation for Dermatology, partners help build local dermatology capacity and improve access to care in underserved communities worldwide.
Mobilising for global skin health
Together, we can run global campaigns and initiatives, from World Skin Health Day to the Movement for Safe Skin, that raise awareness, challenge stigma and encourage action on critical skin health issues.
Connecting the global dermatology community
Your support also brings together dermatology societies, healthcare professionals, patient organisations, academic institutions and other stakeholders to exchange knowledge, build partnerships and develop shared solutions.
The Pacific Dermatology Training Centre celebrated its first three graduating trainees and now serves a population through a clinic seeing more than 20,000 patients annually.
