The Australasian College of Dermatologists (ACD) is Australia’s accredited training body and peak professional and membership organisation for medical specialists in dermatology. They are the Australian authority in skin, hair and nail health, education, information and advocacy. Their vision is for the highest standard of skin health and dermatology care to be available and accessible to all patients and communities across Australia.
The ACD's 9th Rural Dermatology Meeting will bring together dermatologists, trainees, general practitioners, and allied health professionals to explore the latest advances in skin health care for regional, rural, and remote communities. The program features clinical updates, practical management strategies, and emerging research, with a focus on addressing the unique challenges of delivering dermatological care outside metropolitan centres.
Designed to foster education, collaboration, and professional networking, the meeting will provide a valuable forum for sharing knowledge, discussing real-world clinical experiences, and identifying innovative approaches to improving access to specialist dermatology services. As a key event on the ACD calendar, the Rural Dermatology Meeting continues to support clinicians committed to enhancing skin health outcomes for rural and regional Australians.
When: 11 - 13 September 2026.
Where: Pullam Cairns International, Cairns, QLD.
