Psychodermatology Diploma

The European Society for Dermatology and Psychiatry will offer a Psychodermatology Diploma online with courses running between September 2027 and June 2028.

The European Society for Dermatology and Psychiatry (ESDaP), founded in 1993, is a professional organisation dedicated to advancing the field of psychodermatology. It serves as a collaborative network for dermatologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals with an interest in the connections between skin health and mental wellbeing. The society promotes the exchange of knowledge, encourages professional collaboration, supports high-quality research, and brings together experts to expand understanding and expertise in this multidisciplinary area.

Through its educational and scientific activities, ESDaP seeks to translate research findings into clinical practice, with the overarching goal of improving patient outcomes and enhancing the care of individuals affected by psychodermatological conditions.

The ESDaP is pleased to offer the Psychodermatology Diploma, developed to meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals worldwide. This highly interactive and comprehensive diploma is delivered entirely online, with monthly live sessions in English, and runs over one academic year, from September 2027 to June 2028.

Completion of the Psychodermatology Diploma enables participants to:

• Strengthen clinical competencies in psychodermatology
• Improve patient-centred communication and therapeutic relationships
• Integrate psychological and dermatological approaches in clinical practice
• Develop or consolidate specialised psychodermatology services or clinics
