ILDS Members selected the winning bid during the ILDS Ordinary General Meeting (Assembly of Delegates) at the 24th World Congress of Dermatology in Milan.
It was a close-fought campaign between six candidate cities: Beijing, Dubai, Guadalajara, Rio de Janeiro, Singapore and Sydney.
“We are delighted that ILDS Members and dermatologists from around the world will be meeting in Singapore in 2023. The President of the 25th World Congress of Dermatology, Professor Roy Chan added “We are excited and grateful to be given this honour and privilege to host the World Congress of Dermatology. We look forward to welcoming the global dermatology community to Singapore in 2023.”
