Dr. Reynaldo Arosemena Sarkissian is a distinguished dermatologist from Panama whose professional life has been dedicated to advancing dermatologic care and serving vulnerable populations. For more than 30 years, he has combined clinical excellence with an unwavering commitment to humanitarian outreach, leading skin cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment programs in underserved communities.

As Founder of Clínica Dermatológica Arosemena, former President of the Panamanian Dermatology Association, and Founder of SOS Albinos Panamá, he has transformed lives through education, advocacy, and access to care. His legacy of service, leadership, and compassion has left a mark on dermatology in Panama and beyond.

Dr. Sebastine is a Consultant Physician, Dermatologist & Venereologist at Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital, Irrua, where he is the only dermatologist covering two of the three senatorial districts in Edo State, Nigeria. He also lectures at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. His humanitarian efforts in epidemiology, outbreak preparedness, planning & response, health policy formulation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation in global health extend from community, national to international levels.

Dr. Sebastine is an expert to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC), Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Nigeria, ILDS, the Lancet Commission on Skin Diseases, and WHO.

Professor Ulug‘bek Yu. Sabirov, MD, DSc, is a leading dermatologist and venereologist from Uzbekistan and Director of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology. He is Professor of Dermatovenereology, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Association of Dermatovenereologists, and a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) and the International Society of Dermatology (ISD). Prof. Sabirov serves on the editorial boards of several international dermatology journals and has made significant contributions to dermatology education, clinical practice, and healthcare leadership in Uzbekistan and the CIS region.

Prof Somesh Gupta

Dr. Somesh Gupta is Professor of Dermatology and Venereology at AIIMS, New Delhi. He has authored nearly 500 scientific publications and edited several academic books. His principal areas of interest include sexually transmitted infections, vitiligo, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and dermatologic surgery. He has delivered invited lectures and participated in academic activities across more than 40 countries. Dr. Gupta has served on the WHO STI Guidelines Development Group and the WHO Expert Group on Priority Setting for STI Research, contributing to international policy development and advancing research and clinical practice in dermatology and sexual health.

Thomas Luger was Director of the Department of Dermatology at the University of Muenster, Germany and was Dean of the Medical Faculty. He also was president of the DDG, and member of the board of directors of the ILDS. He received numerous scientific awards, is honorary member of many dermatological societies. He is Member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina. He is “Doctor honoris causa” of the University of Athens, Greece. His clinical interests are inflammatory skin diseases, and his research is focused on skin immunology. He has authored >800 scientific publications.

Alexander J. Stratigos, MD, is Professor of Dermatology-Venereology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Director of the 1st Department of Dermatology-Venereology at Andreas Sygros Hospital in Athens, Greece. He is an internationally recognized expert in melanoma, skin cancer, and Dermato-oncology. He served as President of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV, 2020–2022) and is Vice President of the European Association of Dermato-Oncology (EADO), among other leadership positions. His research focuses on melanoma prevention, early detection, genetics, and innovative skin cancer treatments. He has authored over 550 peer-reviewed publications.
